Fewer dark corners, every night
Gemstone suggests focusing brighter light on entrances and garages and softer light elsewhere, which cuts down the dark spots around a house. Bright white or blue tones near entry points, warm tones for a welcoming look.
Sunset-to-sunrise timers adjust as the seasons change, and you can control everything from anywhere in the app. Landscape flood lights reach up to 810 lumens each for driveways, backyards and side entrances.

Questions
Security lighting questions
Facts from Gemstone Lights' smart security lighting blog posts and product pages.
Can the lights make the house look lived in?
Yes. Gemstone suggests scheduling them to come on at different times, the way they would if someone were home. The dusk-to-dawn timer keeps the property lit through the night.
Will they help my doorbell camera?
A well-lit entrance helps a smart doorbell or security camera see more clearly at night. The lights don't connect to the camera; they just give it more light to work with.
Can I check on the lights from somewhere else?
Yes. The Gemstone Lights app works from anywhere with an internet connection, so you can turn lights on or off, adjust brightness or change colours from your phone.
Will they hold up on the coast?
Gemstone says its systems are built for rain, wind, snow and very cold temperatures, including coastal homes.
